Overall great experience and would recommend! The booking process was straightforward and they were responsive, with an easy to understand quote and online portal. We hired for both packing and moving, which based on a few questions and pictures provided of our current place they opted to split into two days. Both days they arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They were very careful in moving heavy/fragile items, and made sure to break down everything that needed to be, as well as set everything back up exactly how we wanted in our new place.We've unpacked about 80% of our stuff, but so far NOTHING has been broken or damaged which is really impressive as I've never moved where that's been the case.I'll say from a "value" standpoint, I thought the packing took a little too long and while I can understand being extra cautious in ensuring no damage to things a lot of the packing seemed unnecessary and a waste of time. That would be fine if they didn't charge by the hour. Things like wrapping individual plastic tupperware in paper or just filling 1/3 of every box with paper regardless of contents come to mind. As a result, they went way over the quoted time on both packing day and move day and our move ended up only being about $600 cheaper than a cross-country move from Philly we had done 2 years ago, where we actually had more items and also utilized packing services. Those packers took 2 hours less to pack, but then they also broke a couple items so maybe that's just the trade off. If I had to do this move again, I probably would have just packed as the small odds and ends/kitchen which seemed to take the longest myself and hired them for the rest.Again, I would absolutely recommend the company, just be aware you will be paying a premium particularly if you choose packing services.
