WHO WE WANT
We are a fast-paced, fun, growing moving company here in Austin, Texas and we are on a mission to change the way our customers think about moving. In order to do this, we are assembling the GREATEST team of movers in town and doing so by treating our team members well, and offering one of the most generous compensation packages in the business.
PAY & PERKS
Pay starts at $17.00 for lead movers. While you are training to be a lead, you are paid $15.00 an hour. Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more depending on the level of experience and overall aptitude.
Great tips that bring the lowest hourly wage to about $20 to $35, or more!

Must pass background check and drug test as part of employment screening
Must be clean cut and very well mannered
Must be punctual, responsive, and easily reached by phone
Must have own reliable means of transportation
Must have a clean driving record to operate as a driver
Must be in good physical condition
Must be willing to help our company grow by giving us your very best
